Mayvenn and IZEA launched an ambassador campaign to increase brand awareness and empower customers to embrace their beauty on their terms

Mayvenn, a Black-owned beauty brand offering 100% virgin human hair sew-in products and stylists, wanted to strengthen its position as an affordable, high-quality destination for hair and beauty while increasing brand awareness among African American women ages 24–54. To meet that challenge, Mayvenn partnered with IZEA for an influencer marketing campaign across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

IZEA shipped hair bundles to 16 influencers, paired them with Mayvenn-certified stylists, and managed sponsored social, video production, promoted posts, and content repurposing to create authentic install-content. The three-month ambassador campaign generated 53 content pieces, reached over 7.4 million viewers, and nearly quadrupled the beauty industry average engagement rate with a 27.18% engagement rate, while also driving stronger purchase intent and measurable engagement, impressions, and clicks.
