VAI Packaging, an Italian manufacturer of automatic and semi-automatic packaging machines with a global customer base, faced challenges in providing high-quality remote assistance and managing complex production recipes for their machines. The IXON Cloud platform enabled the connection between machine PLCs and the cloud, allowing VAI to view its entire machine fleet's operational data and share specific information with customers through a portal. They customized dashboards to display data for both production cycles and statistical analysis.
