Kletec, a provider of egg processing automation machines, faced significant challenges with their previous remote access solution when supporting international customers. Configuring devices for remote service was time-consuming, often taking an entire day, and required the difficult process of manually opening ports on customer firewalls. This inefficiency prompted their search for a better remote support solution, leading them to the vendor IXON.
