Entsorga, an Italian designer and builder of renewable energy plants, needed a solution to combine remote access with data storage. IXON's solution involved connecting key machinery via PLCs and an IXrouter to feed data into the IXON Cloud. This provided Entsorga's technicians with 24/7 remote monitoring, real-time notifications for immediate intervention, and the ability to generate regular compliance reports. The results included a drastic reduction in on-site visits, guaranteed optimal biomethane production levels, maximum energy efficiency, and a reduced consumption of fossil fuels for their processing plants.
