Hotraco, a provider of automation systems for agriculture, faced the challenge of managing a global network of dealers and end customers. They needed a secure and simple way to provide remote service and external system control while strengthening their own brand. To achieve this, they partnered with IXON to implement their white-labelled remote service platform and routers.
IXON provided a complete solution that was fully rebranded under Hotraco's name, including a service portal, a smartphone app (the SyslinQ Remote App), and pre-configured routers. This allowed Hotraco to manage over 1,000 field devices from a single portal with a comprehensive access structure. The key result was the ability to offer free, reliable remote service as a standard feature on all their systems, which became a major distinguishing factor for their business.
