Green Building Control puts an end to service queues

Green Building Control, a provider of climate control and building automation systems, faced significant limitations with their previous remote access platform. Their main challenge was an inability to have multiple service engineers logged in simultaneously, which created frustrating service queues and delayed responses to customer issues. They sought a more flexible and established solution to manage their diverse installations and turned to IXON for its cloud platform.

IXON implemented its Cloud solution, which included a private VPN infrastructure, to address these challenges.
