Eco-Vision now offers additional data monitoring service for targeted support

Eco-Vision, a company offering guidance for business projects like wastewater flow treatments, faced a challenge providing remote support. Their engineer's computer was overloaded with over 20 different customer VPN tools, which often conflicted and caused failed connections, making the process unsustainable. This led them to seek a single, standardized remote access solution from a vendor.

They implemented the IXON Cloud platform from IXON, which provided a unified and user-friendly VPN tool. This eliminated connection failures and allowed them to leverage data monitoring with Cloud Logging to gain insights from machine data. As a result, Eco-Vision can now offer a precise, data-based advisory service to customers, which has become a standard, valued part of their new projects.
