To achieve this, they partnered with IXON, choosing to utilize the IXON Cloud platform and its API to collect and aggregate raw data from their systems.

IXON provided a platform for remote access and data monitoring. Dorset Group used the IXON API to pull system data into a SQL database, which was then visualized in Power BI. This solution enabled their service team to proactively resolve faults and allowed their sales team to demonstrate ROI to customers.
