CSi Palletising, a provider of integrated material handling and palletising systems, faced challenges with slow response times and security risks when providing remote service to its global customers. Their previous method of using customer jump servers for access was inefficient and insecure. They partnered with IXON to implement a more robust remote service solution.

IXON provided its IXrouter and IXON Cloud platform, enabling direct and secure VPN connections to machinery. This allowed CSi’s support engineers to remotely access systems, view robot programs via a teach pendant, and use IP cameras for visual oversight. The solution from IXON significantly reduced machine downtime and travel, which cut costs and lowered CSi’s CO² footprint, while also increasing customer satisfaction.
