A large health care service delivery system serving dozens of hospitals and clinics was struggling with a complex, heterogeneous network and limited visibility across its environment. Although it already used CA Application Delivery Analysis (ADA) and CA Application Performance Management (APM), the health care industry customer could not fully monitor traffic or understand how network changes affected application performance.

Ixia implemented the Vision ONE network packet broker alongside CA ADA and CA APM to aggregate, filter, and deliver traffic from across the network for full visibility. As a result, the organization expanded monitoring from 4 to 48 access points, increased monitored traffic from 10G to 480G, and reduced MTTR by up to 40%, improving application availability, user experience, and support for faster clinical decisions.
