JCB boosts search revenue 83% with iWeb

JCB, a major manufacturer of construction equipment, faced operational friction with its worldwide parts dealer network due to fragmented product data, complex account-based buying, and a commerce platform that could not reliably handle technical catalogue depth or multi-depot inventory. This created a risk of losing customer confidence among its B2B, D2C, and wholesale buyers. To address this, iWeb was engaged to lead a complex replatforming project.

iWeb implemented a new commerce system using Adobe Commerce and Shopify Plus, integrated with Akeneo PIM and SAP ERP. The solution was rebuilt around JCB's operational logic, providing structured product information, accurate account pricing, and reliable stock visibility. This resulted in an 83% improvement in revenue from search, a 134% increase in mobile transactions, and 45% year-over-year revenue growth for JCB.
