The North Face - Customer Case Study

The North Face has worked with IWD since June 2015 to support its visual merchandising efforts. The challenge was to create comprehensive, easy-to-understand merchandising guidelines for all stores and to track execution in-store.

IWD implemented its DISPLAY tool to create clear directives for store teams, helping them execute floorsets more easily. IWD’s NETWORK was also used to send store surveys and share photos of each floorset, improving follow-up and visibility, though no specific measurable results were provided.
