L’Oréal Luxe worked with IWD to reduce the number of redundant emails and pictures circulating across its sales teams. Using IWD’s Network solution, the company aimed to create a single repository where field sales could access brand information and improve the professionalization of its sell-out and perfumery sales forces.

IWD implemented Network as a negotiation and field-sales tool, helping L’Oréal share display-quality standards, update materials with new product launches, and compare thousands of real-time POS photos. The solution supported quarterly exhibition-quality measurement and gave L’Oréal a stronger way to negotiate for SOS, delivering what the retailer described as a “10-year leap forward” in field execution and sales force professionalization.
