Dior partnered with IWD to address the challenge of saving time, improving efficiency, and gaining better visibility across markets. Dior needed to avoid recreating the same recommendations multiple times in different local tools and wanted a way to keep market-specific needs aligned while maintaining a global view. IWD’s display solution was used to support this effort.

IWD implemented a unique, personalized platform for Dior’s global community, bringing together merchandising and marketing tools such as 2D and 3D planograms and technical documents. The platform streamlined guideline and document production, enabled one-click sharing with Dior’s worldwide teams, and created a more intuitive and aesthetic user interface suited to the luxury cosmetics sector. The case study also notes that IWD and Dior have worked together for 10 years.
