Chanel worked with IWD to improve global visibility and responsiveness for its in-store visual merchandising activities across fashion, watches, and fine jewelry. The challenge was to capture store activity instantly worldwide, share best practices with field teams, and better organize in-store photos by point of sale, concept, and product category.

IWD implemented the NETWORK platform, a tailor-made and scalable solution that lets Chanel’s VM teams answer surveys, upload display and store-environment photos, and quickly retrieve merchandising layouts through smart tagging. The platform also helps route maintenance issues to the right internal departments and flag best practices for sharing, delivering faster collaboration and more efficient cross-merchandising operations.
