The customer, a luxury watch and jewelry retailer, faced the challenge of rebuilding its online watch experience to meet the exacting official guidelines of a prestige watch brand it represented, while also needing to migrate from an outdated Magento 1 platform. They engaged IWD Agency for a Magento 2 design and build solution to address these requirements.

IWD Agency designed and built a fully responsive Magento 2 Open Source store, creating seven page templates across three device breakpoints that were all approved by the watch brand. The solution included a successful migration from Magento 1, built-in ADA/WCAG accessibility, and a process for seasonal catalog updates. The project resulted in a modern, compliant, and brand-faithful luxury ecommerce experience for the retailer.
