Denison University, a liberal arts college in Granville, Ohio, needed a better way to support its annual major gift research campaign. With only three active researchers, tight budget constraints, and frustration with unreliable prospect research tools, the advancement services team needed a cost-effective solution that could improve both efficiency and the quality of prospect profiles. iWave’s Prospect Research Online (PRO) was selected to help meet that need.
