Nslc Utilizes Raymond's Iwarehouse Forklift Fleet Management System to Tap Into Fleet and Operator Data to Improve Productivity

The Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation (NSLC), a Crown corporation operating 106 retail stores and 60 agencies across the province, needed better insight into daily operator activity and equipment health to improve safety and warehouse decision-making. Operating more than 40 Raymond® lift trucks and working with dealer G.N. Johnston, NSLC deployed the iWAREHOUSE telematics system to get the data and visibility managers lacked.

iWAREHOUSE collected operational and maintenance data, issued alerts for damaged or underperforming equipment, tracked service history and operator certifications, and enabled customizable startup speeds. The system increased operator accountability and confidence, reduced damage to trucks and racking, and helped NSLC avoid an unnecessary truck replacement — outcomes that translated into cost savings, with the iWAREHOUSE implementation paying for 55% of itself.
