Ivvy implemented its platform across 124 Mantra properties with 304 users, providing real-time reporting, automated quoting and seamless lead-to-booking workflows; enquiry-to-booking turnaround fell from days or weeks to minutes and conversion climbed 14%. The Ivvy solution delivered centralised sales management, improved yield optimisation, greater transparency across divisions and a better customer experience while dramatically reducing cost per sale.
