Multi-tenant Application Modernizes Reporting and Saves Money

One of the largest alcoholic beverage distribution companies in the United States turned to iVision after its reporting system became difficult to maintain, update, and support. The legacy application relied on outdated software, missing source code, and manual installation at each business location, which created a large number of servers and added operational complexity.

iVision rewrote the solution as a multi-tenant application running on a single SQL Server, using Microsoft .NET technologies including Entity Framework and Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF). The new platform enabled remote administration, improved reporting transparency, and made future growth easier to support while consolidating many servers down to one, saving the company time and money.
