Biopharmaceutical Company partnered with iVision to move its on-premise application lifecycle management (ALM) environment to the cloud. The company wanted to cut costs, reduce overhead, and improve infrastructure configuration while also adapting internal processes and staff to a new way of working. iVision used Visual Studio Team Services to support the transition.

iVision migrated more than 50 software projects and 10 GB of source code to a cloud-based setup using an agile approach, with continuous integration and deployment, custom development, and staff training. The result was lower equipment and software licensing costs, along with improved agility, speed, and transparency across other key projects.
