F&F wanted customers to be able to browse and order the full product range from inside stores, access richer product information, and move seamlessly between in-store and mobile experiences.
IVIS Group delivered an omni-channel consulting solution using its OCm²® framework and templates, rolling out and optimizing in-store digital concepts, kiosks connected to ecommerce ordering, staff tablets, and preparation for a new store format with touch screens and digital signage.
