Hilton Worldwide Deploys iView Systems iTrak Incident Reporting

Hilton Worldwide needed a unified, scalable incident reporting and risk-management solution to standardize security, life‑safety and hospitality workflows across its diverse properties and integrate with existing third‑party systems. After evaluation, Hilton deployed iView Systems’ iTrak® Incident Reporting & Risk Management platform—starting with the 1,641‑room Palmer House in Chicago and rolling out to 37 U.S. properties, with plans to expand to an additional 148 properties.

iView Systems configured iTrak® to centralize daily logs, dispatches, incident files (including photos/video), lost‑and‑found and integrations (notably with DVR/NVR systems and Sedgwick claims), typically in a 2–4 week deployment. The result was immediate operational visibility and efficiency—teams eliminated the need to pull data from multiple systems, can run on‑demand reports to identify trends and staffing needs, streamline claims and lost‑and‑found workflows, and respond faster to changing security conditions.
