Hershey Entertainment & Resorts (HE&R), owner of Hersheypark, The Hotel Hershey and other attractions, needed a centralized, real-time incident reporting solution to keep visitors safe across multiple departments and properties. Their legacy system was fragmented, slow to share intelligence and difficult to use, so HE&R turned to iView Systems and its iTrak Incident Reporting and Risk Management platform to meet cross‑functional connectivity and rapid response requirements.
iView Systems replaced the legacy system with iTrak (deployed in 2010) and later added iDispatch, Lost & Found and advanced reporting modules to create a single, converged desktop environment. The platform centralized reporting for Legal, Compliance, HR and insurance partners, enabled automatic notifications, and improved information sharing and investigative workflows—supporting nearly 200 users and producing measurable time savings and more efficient, organization‑wide incident, risk and liability management.
