UNITEX Caribe is a Dominican Republic apparel retailer specializing in private-label and branded clothing across the Caribbean and beyond. As the company expanded, its legacy RMS POS and QuickBooks setup created non‑integrated data, frequent stock duplication and replenishment errors, slow stock requisitions, and limited visibility for multi‑store operations—issues that threatened scalability and customer service.

To address this, UNITEX implemented iVend Retail integrated with SAP Business One (via partner DT‑Solutions), connecting stores and warehouses, POS, fiscal printing and back‑office systems.
