PT Topindo Lucky Sport (TOPGOLF) is a leading Indonesian specialty retailer of golf equipment, accessories and apparel with 16 stores across Java, Kalimantan and Sumatra and plans to expand further. TOPGOLF implemented the iVend Retail Management Suite integrated with SAP Business One to unify POS, back‑office and head‑office operations. The solution synchronized data across all stores (with offline-capable store operations), centralized discounts and promotions, reduced stock and coding errors, sped up order processing and eliminated duplicate work—delivering higher employee productivity, consistent customer experiences and a scalable platform for future expansion.
