SAVEMAX (Golden India Expo Trade Pvt. Ltd.), a New Delhi–based retailer of rice and edible products with plans to expand into a chain of hypermarkets and an online store, struggled with fragmented systems that prevented a consolidated view of sales and inventory. The legacy retail software required manual uploads, produced calculation and reporting errors, made pricing and invoicing slow and error-prone, and hampered timely decision-making and loss control across stores.

The company implemented iVend Retail Management Suite integrated with SAP Business One and addons (iView, iMatrix, iPlan), centralizing data and automating synchronization between stores and head office. The solution streamlined POS operations (including batch MRP selection), automated sales order processing, eliminated duplicated work, and significantly reduced invoicing, stock‑take and replenishment errors while improving transaction speed, reporting accuracy and scalability for future growth.
