Milano Impex goes Online to expand customer reach with iVend eCommerce

Milano Impex Pvt. Ltd., an Indian footwear company behind brands EGLE and LOUIS ALBERTI, sought to expand beyond dealer and distributor channels by launching a B2C eCommerce portal. The company needed a visually engaging, intuitive online store that showcased its range of men’s shoes and—critically—worked as a unified retail unit by integrating with its existing iVend Retail and SAP Business One systems.

Milano implemented iVend eCommerce integrated with SAP Business One, enabling seamless online–offline sales, centralized content control for marketing and merchandising, and features like shop-by filters, wish lists, and smart up-sells/cross-sells. The solution delivered scalable performance (handling over a million page views per day), easier reporting and order management, improved average order sizes and customer satisfaction, and supported the company’s international expansion and real-time brand visibility.
