Jeweler Château D’Ivoire Enhances Service, Grows Business with iVend Retail

Château D’Ivoire is a Montreal-based luxury jeweler (est. 1978) known for custom design, repairs and high-touch in-store service. The store had outgrown a legacy MS Access POS with limited inventory detail, slow, multi-step checkouts, no offline capability and no repair workflow or open APIs to support needed customizations.

Working with Forgestik, Château D’Ivoire deployed iVend Retail (Terminal POS, Mobile POS and Enterprise) integrated with SAP Business One and used iVend’s open APIs to build a custom repair module. The new solution sped checkouts, enabled mobile-assisted selling, synchronized accurate inventory and sales with the ERP, reduced overall inventory and dead stock, improved store-space utilization, increased reporting visibility and delivered a better customer experience.
