Crown Wine and Spirits is a Florida-based retail liquor chain with 12 stores and over 20,000 SKUs that prides itself on an upscale shopping experience. After new ownership in 2015, the company needed a modern, touch‑screen POS that would integrate with an ERP to provide real-time financial reporting, better inventory management and continued support for its 80,000‑member loyalty program.

Working with Blackledger Technology Advisors, Crown implemented iVend POS and iVend Loyalty integrated with SAP Business One. The solution delivered a modern touchscreen interface and faster checkouts, synchronized inventory and sales data with the ERP, enabled digital management of the Royalty Program and restored robust financial reporting—improving operational efficiency and the in‑store customer experience.
