All City Records is a Dublin-based music and art supply retailer (est. 2001) that grew into a multi-channel business including a label and event promotion. They struggled with inaccurate stock control, disconnected IT systems, time-consuming manual updates and lost sales from out-of-stock situations while serving a varied customer base.

Working with TRC Solutions, All City implemented iVend Retail and iVend eCommerce to centralise stock and unify shop and online inventory. The new solution delivered a single view of stock, predictive ordering, a user-friendly online catalogue and a flexible, future-proof IT platform that improved efficiency, customer service and supported further growth.
