Al-Hajery Pharmacies, part of the MNH group in Kuwait with over 16 stores, struggled with a fragmented retail IT landscape: their legacy solution lacked real-time reporting and back-end integration, causing inaccurate inventory counts, manual data replication, limited multi-store support and no loyalty capability, leaving head office without timely visibility of stock and sales.

To address this, Al-Hajery implemented iVend Retail Management Suite integrated with SAP Business One (deployed by ProCons-4IT). The solution delivered consolidated reports and dashboards, real‑time inventory and merchandise visibility, reduced stock levels and capital tied up, higher inventory turnover, faster checkouts and improved order planning, with plans to add iVend Loyalty to boost customer engagement.
