Redwood Credit Union Advances AV and collaboration technology to better serve their community

Redwood Credit Union partnered with IVCi to modernize its executive conference room and collaboration environment. As the credit union grew, its large meeting space had become outdated and inefficient, forcing teams to rely on paper, dry-erase boards, and later transcription to capture breakout session work. Redwood needed a flexible, reliable room that could support leadership meetings, board sessions, and community gatherings.

IVCi designed and installed a state-of-the-art collaboration space with four breakout areas, each featuring a 65” LCD display and Barco ClickShare wireless presentation technology, plus video conferencing and ClearOne beamforming microphones for room-wide audio coverage. The system improved ease of use, enabled remote participation, and expanded overflow collaboration capabilities in another meeting room. As a result, Redwood Credit Union saw increased room usage, more effective meetings, and faster, more productive teamwork with measurable improvements to day-to-day operations.
