First Financial Credit Union (FFCU) of Chicago wanted to become the “Credit Union of the Future” by improving convenience, service levels, and staffing efficiency across its four branches. To support that goal, the credit union partnered with IVCi and Cisco, using collaboration and remote expert technology to modernize the member experience.
IVCi implemented Cisco Spark and Cisco Remote Expert, along with Cisco DX80/DX70 and Business Edition 6000 unified communications systems, enabling video conferencing, screen sharing, messaging, file sharing, and real-time collaboration. The result was a faster, more convenient member experience with reduced wait times, shorter resolution times, improved operational efficiency, centralized access to experts, increased loyalty, and reduced FTE requirements, helping drive growth with younger members.
