K. Hovnanian Homes, a national homebuilder with headquarters in Red Bank, New Jersey and satellite offices across the U.S., needed a better way to connect dispersed employees without incurring heavy travel costs. The company wanted reliable, easy-to-use video meetings for executives, directors, and remote design teams, including support for mobile users joining from laptops, iPads, and other devices. IVCi provided the video conferencing and managed video services to help solve this challenge.

IVCi implemented K. Hovnanian’s video conferencing solution and its cloud-based Managed Video Experience (MVE), then added the Mobility Experience to enable access from virtually any device or location. The result was flexible, ad hoc video collaboration across offices, hotels, homes, and even international locations, helping reduce travel and improve efficiency for meetings, budgeting, design reviews, and blueprint collaboration. K. Hovnanian said the system was a major money saver, had not required a technology upgrade, and was important enough that the company renewed its contract with IVCi.
