Case Study: AvidXchange creates a high-energy collaboration campus with IVCi

AvidXchange Includes a Collaboration Stairatorium and More in Its New Charlotte Campus

AvidXchange, a FinTech provider of accounts payable and payment automation, wanted its new Charlotte campus to mirror the energy of the AvidXchange Music Factory and support a more collaborative, innovative culture. The company worked with IVCi to design AV-enabled collaboration spaces, but faced challenges including acoustical reverberation in a high-ceiling open area, installing a video wall 15 feet high, and cabling through obstructed pathways.

IVCi delivered a “collaboration stairatorium” featuring a large video wall, steerable loudspeakers, integrated touch-screen control, digital signage, video conferencing, and 3D modeling to plan the space before construction. The result was a lively, concert-like collaboration environment that supports spontaneous discussions and helps AvidXchange attract talent, with 20 collaboration types and 74 total spaces deployed across the campus.
