A Ivanti Case Study
The Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam needed to manage a large, diverse IT environment while improving security, reducing costs, and making work easier for staff. As remote work expanded during COVID-19, the museum turned to Ivanti and its automation and workspace management tools to keep laptops and other devices secure, consistent, and productive for employees.
Ivanti implemented Ivanti Automation, Workspace Control, and later Ivanti Security Controls and Cloud Relay to automate patching, manage desktops, and support remote access. The results were significant: laptop patching time dropped by 97.5%, server patching time fell by nearly 72%, manual workload and costs were reduced, and the museum improved security, compliance, and user satisfaction across its Windows and RHEL environments.
