Ivanti implemented cloud-hosted incident, self-service and configuration management plus automated approval workflows and continuous asset discovery; this eliminated paper processes, gave technicians context-sensitive search and historical incident data, and made annual campus computer refreshes and compliance reporting far easier. As a result, reporting became faster and more accurate, technicians work more efficiently, students and staff adopted self-service, and Ivanti provided scalable tooling that can grow with the university.
