Ultra Clean Technologies (UCT), a Hayward, CA manufacturer serving the semiconductor industry, needed to move off a legacy ERP/mobile setup (Intermec CK75 with VB5250) as it adopted SAP. The company faced inconsistent user experiences across multiple device models and screen sizes that complicated operations and staff training. To address this, UCT worked with Ivanti, deploying Ivanti Velocity (powered by Wavelink) integrated with SAP ITSmobile to modernize mobile access.

RedLine recommended and helped implement Ivanti Velocity, migrating telnet and browser-based web applications to Android devices with tailored screen-rendering and scripting options and a phased rollout across sites. The Ivanti solution delivered a consistent mobile user experience, easier cross-warehouse training, and improved productivity while supporting interfaces with SAP, Oracle and HighJump; UCT has used Ivanti Velocity for more than four years and is evaluating additional Ivanti products.
