ŠKODA redefines the retail experience with a managed mobility solution

ŠKODA UK, the Czech automaker, wanted to improve customer satisfaction and sales team knowledge in its retail network, but its sales process was still heavily paper-based. Working with Ivanti and its cloud-based Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solution, the company also needed a mobile platform to deliver sales collateral and support its iOS Digital Assistant app for product information.

Ivanti, with partner CWSI, implemented a managed mobility solution that rolled out and centrally managed nearly 1,000 iPads across 130 retailers. The result was a better retail experience, a +0.4 increase in customer experience score, higher salesperson knowledge scores, and measurable business gains including increased average vehicle selling prices and more accessory sales.
