Radial Optimizes Its Warehouse RF Technology with Ivanti Wavelink

Radial, a multinational eCommerce fulfillment company, needed to modernize its warehouse RF technology as its existing operating system approached end of life. The company also wanted to speed up order processing, reduce training time for new task workers, and improve the touch-screen user experience. Radial worked with Ivanti, using Ivanti Velocity on Zebra TC72 Android devices to address these challenges.

Ivanti implemented Velocity to simplify warehouse workflows without changing the host applications, helping Radial transition sites to Android devices and streamline six warehouse management platforms. The results included up to 12 key presses replaced by a single touch, a 24% reduction in total cycle time per pick transaction, faster onboarding for new workers, and improved productivity through a better touch-screen experience.
