Woodforest National Bank, a retail bank with more than 750 branches, faced an outgrown Identity and Access Management (IAM) environment that relied on slow, manual PowerShell and VB scripting and impeded agility and compliance. Needing faster time to value and lower operational costs, Woodforest turned to Ivanti and its Ivanti Identity Director and Ivanti Automation to replace the static IAM point solution and centralize process automation.

Ivanti deployed a lightweight, easy-to-integrate solution in less than eight weeks that centralized access rights, automated onboarding/offboarding, and provided audit-ready reporting. As a result, Woodforest moved from roughly 30% to 90% automation, cut onboarding and offboarding from three-to-five days to about 10–20 minutes (with hires typically able to start the next morning), and eliminated lingering AD accounts—delivering improved security, compliance, and measurable cost savings.
