Infopro Digital, France’s leader in professional information and multimedia solutions, faced inefficient IT support where technicians had to visit users’ machines for troubleshooting, software installs, and OS deployments—causing long waits and lost productivity. To gain full inventory and remote-control capabilities, Infopro Digital selected Ivanti (formerly LANDESK), implementing Ivanti Endpoint Manager and Ivanti Patch for Endpoint Manager across its estate.

Ivanti delivered centralized reporting, remote control and maintenance, remote software and OS deployment, and Mac/PC compatibility, enabling much faster, proactive support. As a result Infopro Digital reduced OS deployment time from half a day to about 30 minutes (an eightfold improvement), improved user productivity and satisfaction, and expanded from an initial 750 Ivanti licenses to 2,000 active licenses while significantly streamlining IT operations.
