Harris Health System, a fully integrated healthcare organization serving Harris County, Texas with 7,500 employees, needed a real-time reporting tool to monitor IT Change Management compliance. Change records were managed in the CA Service Desk Manager (SDM) Change Management module, but its reporting was slow, required programming resources, and didn’t support end-user report development—so Harris Health System implemented Ivanti via the CA SDM Ivanti adapter.

Ivanti enabled immediate, self-service creation of Change Management reports (including CAB-required information checks, Emergency Change Trending, Overdue Changes, and Reasons for Cancelled Changes), allowing real-time compliance monitoring and process improvement. Using Ivanti, Harris Health System prepared for and passed an internal audit, and expanded monitoring to incident/request volumes, SLA performance, outage trends, and IT survey results—delivering faster, actionable reporting and measurable audit readiness.
