Bernhoven Hospital Uses Automation to Improve Workplace Experience and IT Productivity

Bernhoven Hospital, a 380‑bed regional provider in Uden, Netherlands, needed a more flexible workplace model so staff could work from any workstation and IT could stop spending time on manual, recurring tasks. To streamline desktop and server management and support a people‑centric workplace, Bernhoven selected Ivanti and deployed Ivanti Automation to automate workplace processes and free its IT team for higher‑value work.

Ivanti implemented lightweight agents on Bernhoven’s desktops and servers to automate application deployment, post‑imaging configuration (after WDS/WTT), Citrix server reboots, inventories and Active Directory tasks, and onboarding/offboarding workflows. As a result, employees gain single sign‑on, portable sessions, and faster, secure access to needed apps, while Ivanti Automation reduces manual work for IT, cuts errors, ensures consistent rights provisioning for compliance, and delivers measurable time savings for the IT department.
