Laerdal Medical, a global leader in healthcare training and therapy products with about 1,500 employees, faced rapidly growing procurement demands. The organization needed to standardize and streamline sourcing and procurement across the group, improve supplier collaboration and transparency, reduce manual, reactive work, and scale to meet booming market demand.

Laerdal partnered with OJC to deploy Ivalua’s full procurement suite in six months—covering Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, Procurement, Invoicing, and Strategy & Analytics—and integrated it with their QAD ERP (including automatic supplier ID creation). The rollout standardized processes, improved compliance tracking and transparency, and increased efficiency: 157 sourcing projects and 76 supplier profiles were onboarded within the first four months.
