Deutsche Telekom deployed the Ivalua platform (Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, Procurement, Invoicing, Strategy & Analytics) to digitize and unify strategic sourcing, integrate workflows with the Orange JV, and embed best-practice processes. The result: 100% compliant procurement, more than 30,000 contracts and roughly 15,000 digital sourcing projects in the system, improved demand planning, higher savings and throughput, stronger adoption, and full transparency across sourcing activity.
