By deploying a complete source-to-pay suite (supplier management, sourcing, contract management, procurement, invoicing and analytics), CACI achieved virtually 100% paperless AP and procurement, onboarded >99% of ~40,000 suppliers, realized a 30% reduction in operating costs, and secured 100% employee adoption among 2,000+ users.
