A Ivalua Case Study
Grupo Antolin, a global supplier of automotive interior components, faced fragmented, home-grown procurement systems that made supplier adoption difficult, prevented integration with PLM (Teamcenter) and other core systems, and left buyers with limited visibility into supplier risk, compliance and sustainability. Manual data entry, inconsistent processes across acquisitions, and poor end-to-end transparency hindered agility and scaling.
By deploying a unified Ivalua procurement platform and supplier portal—covering supplier management, sourcing, contract management, procurement, invoicing and analytics—and integrating with PLM/ERP, Dun & Bradstreet and risk tools, Grupo Antolin automated BOM and document loading, improved collaboration, and centralized data for real-time reporting. The program now manages ~40K suppliers, ~2.5K sourcing events and >1.2K contracts, delivering higher automation, better supplier engagement, increased supply‑chain resilience and more strategic procurement.
