Ittisa identified under-tapped shoppers in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities and used real-time social data to find popular fashion, makeup, and jewellery stars. By collaborating with production houses for exclusive fashion looks inspired by TV serials and Hindi movies, Ittisa helped Flipkart create look-alike collections that boosted awareness and drove sales, though no specific numerical results were provided.
